By participating in or utilizing the Lead Ads feature (“Lead Ads”) offered by National Public School Samastipur (“NPS Samastipur”), you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Responsibility and Compliance:
a. NPS Samastipur is solely responsible for ensuring that each Lead Ad submitted complies with these terms, the Facebook Terms of Service located at [https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms](https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms), including the Facebook Advertising Policies located at [https://www.facebook.com/policies/ads](https://www.facebook.com/policies/ads), which encompass the Lead Ads Policy, the Meta Platform Policy located at [https://developers.facebook.com/policy/](https://developers.facebook.com/policy/), and the Meta Commercial Terms located at [https://www.facebook.com/legal/commercial_terms](https://www.facebook.com/legal/commercial_terms), as well as all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
b. Users representing NPS Samastipur warrant that they have the authority to use the Lead Ads feature on behalf of NPS Samastipur and bind NPS Samastipur to these terms.

2. Disclosures to Users:
a. Each Lead Ad created by NPS Samastipur must include:
i. All necessary disclosures and choice mechanisms to comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
ii. A clear and prominent disclosure stating that any data submitted through the Lead Ad will be governed by NPS Samastipur’s privacy policy.
iii. A link to NPS Samastipur’s privacy policy.
b. NPS Samastipur ensures that Lead Ads are not targeted towards minors.

3. Lead Ad Data:
a. “Lead Ad Data” refers to the information provided by a Facebook user through a Lead Ad, including but not limited to email addresses and additional user information.
b. NPS Samastipur agrees to use Lead Ad Data only in accordance with these terms, Facebook’s Platform Policy, Facebook’s Advertising Policies, NPS Samastipur’s privacy policy, any Offer Terms, consents, additional terms agreed to by the user, and all applicable laws and regulations.
c. Lead Ad Data received on behalf of NPS Samastipur may not be augmented, commingled, or supplemented with data from any other advertiser.

4. Sale or Transfer of Lead Ad Data:
a. NPS Samastipur may sell or transfer Lead Ad Data only if the recipient agrees to use the data solely for the purpose for which it was collected, as described in a reasonably prominent notice agreed to by the user at the point of collection.
b. NPS Samastipur acknowledges that sharing or selling Lead Ad Data to third parties is at its own risk and agrees to ensure that any third-party recipient complies with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Data Protection Measures:
a. NPS Samastipur agrees to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Lead Ad Data against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage, considering the nature, scope, context, and purposes of the processing as well as associated risks.
b. Lead Ad Data may be accessed through protocols specified by Facebook, including Facebook APIs, and NPS Samastipur’s use of such protocols must comply with Facebook’s Platform Policy.

6. Modification and Termination:
a. Facebook reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to or discontinue the availability of the Lead Ads feature at any time.
b. NPS Samastipur may discontinue its use of the Lead Ads feature at any time.

7. Relationship to Other Terms:
a. These terms govern the use of Lead Ads by NPS Samastipur and do not replace any terms applicable to the purchase of advertising inventory from Facebook.
b. In case of any conflict between these terms and the Facebook Terms of Service, these terms will govern solely with respect to NPS Samastipur’s use of the Lead Ads feature.

8. Monitoring and Updates:
a. Facebook reserves the right to monitor or audit NPS Samastipur’s compliance with these terms and to update these terms from time to time.
b. Continued use of the Lead Ads feature by NPS Samastipur constitutes acceptance of any changes to these terms.

By clicking “Agree” or by using features subject to these terms, users represent that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions set forth by National Public School Samastipur.
